Counsellor and client should be working together as a team for positive change. I work along side you through anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, eating disorders, and trauma. Counselling shouldn’t be ongoing indefinitely. I push my clients to challenge their own thoughts and patterns of behaviours to facilitate positive change. I provide a boutique counselling experience, making myself available to clients as needed in between sessions. The best counsellors are ones that have experienced many of the issues their clients come in with, and I would be no exception to that. Having overcome many struggles myself, and found ways to cope, I pass that knowledge onto my clients. I want to bring you to a place to learn the tools to implement and then be able to help yourself.
